Description

SPX Corporation (SPX) is an engineering solutions company. The Company�s products and solutions globally caters to power and energy and processed foods and beverages sectors. The Company�s key products include processing systems and components for the food and beverage industry, pumps, valves and filtration equipment used in oil and gas processing, power transformers used by utility companies, and cooling systems for power generation plants and HVAC applications. The Flow Technology segment of the Company engineers, designs, manufactures and markets products for aftermarket components and support services. The Thermal Equipment and Services segment engineer, designs, manufacture, installs and services thermal heat transfer products. The Industrial Products and Services and Other segment of the Company sells medium transformers (10 - 100 MVA) under the Waukesha brand name.
