Description

Stoneridge, Inc. is a designer and manufacturer of engineered electrical and electronic components, modules and systems for the commercial vehicle, automotive, agricultural and off-highway vehicle markets. The Company operates in three segments: Electronics, Control Devices and PST. The core products of the Electronics segment include vehicle electrical power and distribution systems, and electronic instrumentation and information display products. The core products of the Control Devices segment include sensors, electronic and electrical switch products, valves and control actuation devices. The Company�s product offerings consist of vehicle instrumentation systems, vehicle management electronics, application-specific switches and actuators, sensors, and power, signal distribution systems and application-specific switches and actuators. On December 31, 2011, it completed the acquisition of an additional 24% controlling interest in PST Eletronica Ltda.
