Description

StarTek, Inc. is a provider of business process outsourcing services. The Company�s service suite includes sales, order management and provisioning, customer care, technical support, receivables management, and retention programs. The Company operates its business within three segments, based on the geographic regions in which its services are rendered: the U.S., Canada and Offshore. The Company�s service offering includes customer care, sales support, complex order processing, accounts receivable management, technical and product support and other industry-specific processes. As of December 31, 2011, the U.S. segment included the operations of eight facilities in the U.S.; Canada segment included the operations of two facilities in Canada, and offshore segment included the operations of two facilities in the Philippines, one in Costa Rica and one in Honduras. In March 2013, the Company announced the acquisition of Ideal Dialogue, Co.
