(VariSystems). In April 2012, its subsidiary, Teledyne DALSA, Inc., increased its ownership interest in the parent company of Optech Incorporated from 19% to 51%. In July 2012, the Company�s subsidiary, Teledyne RD Instruments, Inc. (Teledyne RD), acquired BlueView Technologies, Inc.
