In July 2012, the Company�s subsidiary, Teledyne RD Instruments, Inc. (Teledyne RD), acquired BlueView Technologies, Inc. In August 2012, the Company announced that its subsidiary, Teledyne Limited, has acquired the parent company of PDM Neptec Limited. In March 2013, it completed the acquisition of RESON A/S (RESON). In May 2013, the Company's subsidiary acquired Axiom IC B.V.
