Description

Tredegar Corporation (Tredegar) is primarily engaged, through its subsidiaries, in the manufacture of plastic films and aluminum extrusions. Tredegar operates in three segments: Film Products, Aluminum Extrusions and Others. Tredegar Film Products Corporation and its subsidiaries (together, Film Products) manufacture plastic films, elastics and laminate materials primarily for personal and household care products and surface protection and packaging applications. These products are manufactured at locations in the United States and at plants in The Netherlands, Hungary, China, Brazil and India. The William L. Bonnell Company, Inc. and its subsidiaries produce soft-alloy aluminum extrusions primarily for building and construction, distribution, transportation, electrical, consumer durables and machinery and equipment markets. In October 2011, Film Products acquired Terphane Holdings LLC, further expanding its films business in Latin America and the United States.
