In August 2012, the Company announced the acquisition of the operations of Delphi Healthcare Partners and its related entities. In December 2012, the Company acquired practice of Mobile Emergency Group, PC (MEG), the physician group. In January 2013, the Company acquired the practice of San Francisco Physicians Internationale, Inc.
