The Company�s main activities include the production and broadcasting of radio and television channels, production of paid-television networks, international distribution of television programming, direct-to-home satellite services, cable television and telecommunication services, magazine publishing and distribution, feature-film production and distribution, as well as it is active in the game show sector. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Grupo Telesistema SA de CV, Editorial Televisa SA de CV, Corporativo Vasco de Quiroga SA de CV and Grupo Distribuidoras Intermex SA de CV, Innova S de RL de CV, Empresas Cablevision SAB de CV and Televisa Juegos SA de CV, among others.
