Description

Unit Corporation, is an oil and natural gas contract drilling company. The Company has operations in the exploration and production and mid-stream areas. The Company operates, manage, and analyze results of operations through three principal business segments: Oil and Natural Gas, Contract Drilling, and Mid-Stream. Oil and Natural Gas, operations carried out by the Company’s subsidiary Unit Petroleum Company explores, develops, acquires, and produces oil and natural gas properties. Contract Drilling, operations carried out by subsidiary Unit Drilling Company contracts to drill onshore oil and natural gas wells for others, and for the Company. Mid-Stream, operations carried out by subsidiary Superior Pipeline Company, L.L.C. buys, sells, gathers, processes, and treats natural gas for third parties and for the Company.
