Description
Visteon Corporation (Visteon) is a global supplier of climate, electronics, interiors and lighting systems, modules and components to global automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The Company operates in five segments: Climate, Electronics, Interiors, Lighting and Services. In November 2011, Visteon completed the acquisition of a 37.5% interest in Wuhu Bonaire Auto Electrical Systems Co., Ltd. (Bonaire), through its 70% owned affiliate Halla Climate Control Corporation. On October 31, 2011, the Company sold a portion of its ownership interest in Duckyang Industry Co. Ltd (Duckyang), an Interiors joint venture.
