Vitro SAB de CV (Vitro) is a Mexico-based company principally engaged in the glass industry. The Company’s activities are structured in two business units: Flat Glass and Glass Containers. The Flat Glass Unit includes the operations of its 91.8%-owned subsidiary Vimexico SA de CV, which is active in the production, distribution and sale of a variety of construction glasses for buildings interior and exterior, as well as glasses used in the automotive industry. The Glass Container Unit comprises the activities of its wholly owned subsidiary Vitro Envases Norteamerica SA de CV, a manufacturer and distributer of glass containers used in the beverages, food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, through its subsidiaries and affiliates, the Company has operations established in the United States, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panama, Colombia, Bolivia, Portugal, France and Spain.
