On January 3, 2012, WESCO Distribution completed its acquisition of RS Electronics. In July 2012, the Company announced that WESCO Distribution, Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary, acquired Trydor Industries (Canada), Ltd. In July 2012, the Company, through its subsidiary WESCO Distribution, Inc., acquired Conney Safety Products, LLC. In December 2012, the Company acquired EECOL Electric Corporation.
