Waste Connections, Inc. (WCI) is an integrated municipal solid waste (MSW), services Company that provides solid waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services in the United States. The Company is a provider of non-hazardous exploration and production (E&P), waste treatment, recovery and disposal services in several of the most active natural resource producing areas of the United States. The Company served residential, commercial, industrial and E&P customers in 31 states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, among others. The Company�s services are Collection Services, Landfill Disposal Services, Transfer Station and Intermodal Services, Recycling Services, and E&P Waste Treatment, Recovery and Disposal Services.
