Description

Waste Connections, Inc. is an integrated municipal solid waste (MSW) services company. The Company’s segments are Western, Central, Eastern and E&P. The Company’s E&P includes the Company’s E&P waste treatment and disposal operations. It provides solid waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services in the United States and Canada. Through its R360 Environmental Solutions subsidiary, the Company provides oilfield waste treatment, recovery and disposal services in various producing areas in the United States, including the Permian, Bakken and Eagle Ford Basins. It serves approximately six million residential, commercial, industrial, and exploration and production customers from a network of operations in approximately 40 states, over six provinces and the District of Columbia. It also provides intermodal services for the movement of cargo and solid waste containers in the Pacific Northwest. It owns or operates a network of over 150 solid waste collection operations.
