Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago Industries) is a United States manufacturer of recreation vehicles (RV) used in leisure travel and outdoor recreation activities. It sells motor homes through independent dealers under the Winnebago, Itasca and Era brand names. Other products manufactured by Winnebago Industries consist of original equipment manufacturing (OEM) parts, including extruded aluminum and other component products for other manufacturers and commercial vehicles. The Company also sells travel trailer and fifth wheel towable products throughout the United States and Canada under the SunnyBrook and Winnebago brand names. On December 29, 2010, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Winnebago of Indiana, LLC (Towables), Winnebago Industries acquired SunnyBrook RV, Inc. (SunnyBrook), a manufacturer of travel trailers and fifth wheel recreation vehicles.
