WSP Holdings Limited (WSP Holdings) is a holding company and conducts substantially all of its operations through its subsidiaries in China. The Company is a manufacturer of seamless Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG), including casing, tubing and drill pipes used for oil and natural gas exploration, drilling and extraction. WSP Holdings sells its products in both domestic and international markets. It offers a range of seamless OCTG products to its customers. The Company’s product portfolio can be divided into two categories: American Petroleum Institute (API) products, which are products manufactured according to the standards formulated by the API and non-API products, which are products made to meet its customer’s specifications.
