WSP Holdings, Ltd. is a China-based manufacturer of seamless Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG). The Company is a holding company and conducts all of its operations through its subsidiaries in China. It offers seamless OCTG, including casing, tubing and drill pipes used for oil and natural gas exploration, drilling and extraction. It sells its products in both domestic and international markets. The Companys product portfolio is divided into two categories: American Petroleum Institute (API) products, which are products manufactured according to the standards formulated by the API; and non-API products, which are products tailor-made to meet its customers specifications.
