Description

Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Xinyuan) is a holding company. It operates through its operating subsidiaries in China. The Company is a residential real estate developer that has operations in seven cities in China, comprised of Chengdu in Sichuan Province, Hefei in Anhui Province, Jinan in Shandong Province, Suzhou, Kunshan and Xuzhou in Jiangsu Province and Zhengzhou in Henan Province. Xinyuan focuses on developing residential projects, which consist of multiple residential buildings that include multi-layer apartment buildings, sub-high-rise apartment buildings or high-rise apartment buildings. Several of its projects include auxiliary services and amenities, such as retail outlets, leisure and health facilities, kindergartens and schools. On December 6, 2011, it acquired an additional parcel of land in eastern Zhengzhou, the capital city of central China's Henan Province. On December 27, 2011, it acquired a parcel of land in Xuzhou, east China's Jiangsu Province.
