China Xiniya Fashion Limited (China Xiniya) is a provider of men�s business casual apparel in the People�s Republic of China. The Company designs, manufactures and sells men�s business casual and business formal apparel and accessories, which it markets under the Xiniya brand and sell through its distribution network. The Company�s products are sold to consumers at over 1,600 authorized retail outlets owned and managed by third parties located in 21 provinces, five autonomous regions and four municipalities in the People�s Republic of China. Its authorized retail network is owned and managed by third parties. The Company operates our business through Fujian Xiniya Garments and Weaving Co., Ltd. (Fujian Xiniya), its wholly owned subsidiary in the People�s Republic of China. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company sold approximately 6,449,000 units of garments. During 2011, the total volume of the Company owned production amounted to approximately 136,000 garments.
