Zuoan Fashion Ltd. (Zuoan) is a China-based men�s clothing maker. Zuoan deigns clothing targeting men aged 20 to 40. It specializes in casual menswear sold under its Zuoan brand. The company sells its products through a distribution network to retailers operating about 1,000 Zuoan stores covering 27 of China's provinces and centrally administered municipalities, as well as through direct stores. During the year ended December 31, 2010, Zuoan transferred its nearly three dozen company owned stores to distributors and focuses on opening its own stores. It also focuses on establishing a logistics center to stock finished products and support its distributors in opening new retail stores and renovating current locations.
