Sealy Corporation (Sealy) is engaged in manufactures and markets a line of bedding products, including mattresses and mattress foundations. The Company�s conventional (innerspring) bedding products are manufactured and marketed in the Americas under the Sealy, Sealy Posturepedic, Stearns & Foster and Bassett brand names. In addition, the Company manufactures and market specialty (non-innerspring) latex and visco-elastic bedding products under the Optimum by Sealy Posturepedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy and Carrington Chase brand names, which the Company sells in the United States and globally. On June 13, 2012, the Company acquired a 45% ownership interest in Comfort Revolution International, LLC, a company known for foam and gel bedding products. In March 2013, Tempur-Pedic International Inc announced the completion of acquisition of Sealy Corporation.
