ATC Venture Group Inc., formerly Cycle Country Accessories Corp., is a manufacturer and marketer of branded outdoor recreational and power sports products. The Company has three segments: Cycle Country ATV Accessories, Plazco and Imdyne. The Company�s Cycle Country ATV Accessories and Plazco segments are engaged in the design, manufacture, sale and distribution of branded products. Imdyne division engages in contract manufacturing. The Company�s wholly-owned subsidiary is Cycle Country Accessories Corp. (Cycle Country - Iowa). During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), Cycle Country - Iowa dissolved Cycle Country Accessories Subsidiary Corp (Cycle Country Sub). In November 2011, the Company sold the Perf-form brand. In January 2012, the Company sold ATV Accessories Product Line to Kolpin Outdoors Inc.
