The Company�s subsidiary Advanced Technology Systems, Inc. (ATSI) provides software and systems development, systems integration, information sharing and assurance, IT infrastructure and outsourcing, and IT and business consulting services to the United States government agencies. ATSI cross-sold its Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) applications development expertise to the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), an agency created to manage the savings and loan crisis, to provide both applications development and database administration. On March 30, 2012, Salient Federal Solutions, Inc. (Salient) acquired the Company.
