Description

Ballantyne Strong, Inc, is a distributor, integrator and service provider to the theatre exhibition industry on a worldwide basis. The Company operates in two segments: theatre and lighting. Its theater segment consists primarily of the assembly, distribution, installation and service of film and digital projection equipment and accessories for the movie exhibition industry. Its lightning segment consists of the design, assembly and distribution of lighting systems to the worldwide entertainment lighting industry. The Company manufactures cinema screens in Joliette, Canada through its Strong/MDI Screens Systems, Inc. subsidiary. The Company also has an extended network of service technicians located throughout the country to install and service film, digital and other cinema and non-cinema products.
