China Botanic Pharmaceutical Inc. is engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of botanical products, bio-pharmaceutical products, and traditional Chinese medicines (TCM), in the People�s Republic of China. As of October 31, 2011, it had three production facilities: Ah City Natural and Biopharmaceutical plant, Dongfanghong pharmaceutical plant and Qingyang natural extraction plant, capable of producing 18 dosage forms and over 200 different products. The Company�s products include botanical anti-depression and nerve-regulation products, biopharmaceutical products, and botanical antibiotic and traditional over-the-counter (OTC) Chinese medicines. During the fiscal year ended October 31, 2011 (fiscal 2011), botanical anti-depression and nerve-regulation products accounted for approximately 70% of its revenues.
