The Company operates in three segments: Security Products, Furniture Components and Marine Components. It manufactures engineered components that are sold to a variety of industries, including office furniture, recreational transportation (including boats), mailboxes, toolboxes, home appliances, banking equipment, vending equipment and computer-related equipment. In July 2011, the Company acquired 100% interest in Canadian ergonomic component products company.
