The Company�s portfolio includes products for treatment of central nervous system diseases, cerebral and cardio vascular disorders, infectious diseases and respiratory and digestive illnesses. Through Helpson, the Company manufactures and markets generic and branded pharmaceutical products primarily to hospitals and private retailers located throughout the People�s Republic of China (PRC). Helpson also manufactures biochemical products, health products and cosmetics. As of December 31, 2009, China Pharma Holdings, Inc. was manufacturing or ready to manufacture a total of 20 pharmaceutical products.
