Description

Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. (Cheniere Partners) is a limited partnership formed by Cheniere Energy, Inc. The Company operates through its subsidiary, Sabine Pass LNG, L.P. (Sabine Pass LNG), and provides regasification facilities at the Sabine Pass LNG terminal located on the Sabine Pass deep water shipping channel. The Company through its subsidiary, Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC (Sabine Pass Liquefaction), develops and constructs natural gas liquefaction facilities (the Liquefaction Project) at the Sabine Pass LNG terminal. Cheniere Partners also owns the 94-mile Creole Trail Pipeline through its subsidiary, Cheniere Creole Trail Pipeline, L.P. interconnects the Sabine Pass LNG terminal with large interstate pipelines to transport natural gas to the Sabine Pass LNG terminal. The Company commenced the construction of Trains 1 and 2 to treat, liquefy, store and export natural gas in August 2012. The construction of Trains 3 and 4 and related facilities was commenced in May 2013.
