Description

Denison Mines Corp. is engaged in uranium exploration and/or development in Canada, Zambia, Mali, Namibia and Mongolia. The Company's assets include a 22.50% interest in the McClean Lake uranium processing facility and uranium deposits in northern Saskatchewan; a 25.17% interest in the Midwest uranium project, including the Midwest and the Midwest A deposits in northern Saskatchewan; a 60% interest in the Wheeler River project, which includes the Phoenix deposit and the Gryphon zone, and a portfolio of exploration and development property interests in the Athabasca Basin, including Moore Lake (100%), Waterbury Lake (60%), Hatchet Lake (58.06%), Crawford/Bachman Lake (100%), Bell Lake (100%) and Mann Lake (30%). Denison also owns the Mutanga uranium project in southern Zambia, the Falea uranium, silver and copper project in Mali, and interests in mineral exploration properties in Namibia and Mongolia.
