Enova Systems, Inc. (Enova) is engaged in the development, design and production of power train systems and related components for electric and hybrid electric buses and medium and heavy duty commercial vehicles and stationary power generation systems. The Company develops, designs and produces drive systems and related components for electric, hybrid electric and fuel cell powered vehicles in both the new and retrofit markets. It also develops, designs and produces power management and power conversion components for stationary distributed power generation systems. During the year ended December 31, 2009, Enova developed and produced electric and hybrid electric drive systems and components for First Auto Works of China (FAW), Navistar Corporation (Navistar), Tanfield Engineering Plc (Tanfield) and the United States Military, as well as several other domestic and international vehicle and bus manufacturers.
