Evolution Petroleum Corporation (EPM) is a petroleum company engaged primarily in the acquisition, exploitation and development of properties for the production of crude oil and natural gas, onshore in the United States. EPM acquires known, underdeveloped oil and natural gas resources and exploit them through the application of capital, engineering and technology. The assets the Company exploit fit into three types of project opportunities Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), Bypassed Primary Resources and Unconventional Shale Gas Development.
