Flexible Solutions International, Inc. and its subsidiaries develops, manufactures and markets specialty chemicals, which slow down the evaporation of water. The Company�s primary product, HEAT$AVR, is marketed for use in swimming pools and spas where its use, by slowing the evaporation of water. Another product, WATER$AVR, is marketed for water conservation in irrigation canals, aquaculture and reservoirs where its use slows down water loss due to evaporation. In addition to the water conservation products, the Company also manufacturers and markets water-soluble chemicals utilizing thermal polyaspartate biopolymers (TPAs), which are beta-proteins manufactured from the common biological amino acid, L-aspartic. TPAs can be formulated to prevent corrosion and scaling in water piping within the petroleum, chemical, utility and mining industries. It operates through two wholly owned subsidiaries: Flexible Solutions Ltd. and NanoChem Solutions Inc.
