Through the Company's subsidiaries, Southeast Power Corporation (Southeast Power) and C&C, it is engaged in the construction and maintenance of electric utility facilities for electric utilities and industrial customers. The Company's subsidiaries Southeast Power and C&C operate under Power Corporation of America headquartered in Port Orange, Florida. Southeast Power performs electrical contracting services primarily in the southeastern, mid-Atlantic and south central regions of the United States. Its electrical construction business includes the construction of transmission lines, concrete foundations, distribution systems and substations, and other electrical installation services for utility systems and industrial and specialty projects.
