IGI Laboratories, Inc. (IGI) develops, manufactures, fills and packs topical semi-solid and liquid products for cosmetic, cosmeceutical and pharmaceutical customers. The Company's products are used for a variety of skin conditions, including the treatment of symptoms of dermatitis, acne, psoriasis and eczema. The Company has two major sources of revenue: its contract services business and development of prescription pharmaceutical products. The customer base for the Company's contract services business is consists of companies engaged in marketing topical preparations to the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and cosmeceutical markets. The Company's prescription pharmaceutical development business is focused on in-house development of generic versions of approved topical drug products. IGI�s product development and manufacturing is performed at its 23,000 square feet facility in Buena, New Jersey.
