IGI Laboratories, Inc. (IGI) is engaged in the formulation, development, manufacture and packaging of topical semi-solid and liquid products for pharmaceutical, cosmeceutical and cosmetic customers. It serves a range of customers seeking product development and/or manufacturing services. The Company offers services for cosmetic and over-the-counter (OTC) products in liquid, cream and lotion forms. IGI have the license to use Novasome Encapsulation technologies from Novavax, Inc. (Novavax). The Company would seek to build on the use of Novasome technology in topical formulations and intends to pursue collaboration opportunities with pharmaceutical companies seeking to develop topical products with properties.
