Intelligent Systems Corporation conducts its operations through wholly and majority owned subsidiaries or minority owned affiliates. The Company�s consolidated companies operate in two industry segments: Information Technology Products and Services, and Industrial Products. The Information Technology Products and Services segment includes CoreCard Software, Inc. (CoreCard) and the Industrial Products segment consists of ChemFree Corporation (ChemFree). As of December 31, 2009, the Company owns 100% of ChemFree and 96% of CoreCard. It also has two wholly owned subsidiaries, CoreCard SRL and ISC Software in Romania and India, respectively, that perform software development and testing for CoreCard.
