iParty Corp. (iParty), is a party goods retailer operating stores throughout New England, where 47 of its 52 retail stores are located, and in Florida in addition to an online e-commerce site. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's 52 retail stores are located in New England with eight stores in Connecticut, five in New Hampshire, three in Rhode Island, three in Maine, one in Vermont, and 27 in Massachusetts. It also operates five stores in Florida. During the fiscal year ended December 25, 2011 (fiscal 2011), Halloween seasons, the Company operated 11 temporary stores. In January 2012, the Company reopened its store in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. In May 2013, Party City Holdings Inc acquired the entire share capital of iParty Corp.
