Kimber Resources Inc. (Kimber) is a Canada-based junior mineral resource company, engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties. As of June 30, 2011, the Company was in the process of exploring its Monterde Property located in Mexico. Kimber�s mineral rights are located in the States of Chihuahua and Estado de Mexico, Mexico. The Company�s mineral properties include Monterde Property, Setago Property and Pericones Property. The Monterde Property consists of the Monterde concessions, the contiguous El Coronel concessions and staked concessions. As of June 30, 2011, the Setago Property had a property area of 10,069 hectares and lied approximately 24 kilometers to the west of the Monterde Property. Kimber owns Pericones, a property in Estado de Mexico, covering a total area of 11,890 hectares.
