Cheniere Energy, Inc., formerly known as Bexy Communications, Inc., is a United States-based energy company, which is engaged in liquefied natural gas (LNG) related businesses. The Company owns and operates the Sabine Pass LNG terminal and Creole Trail pipeline in Louisiana. It develops a network of three onshore LNG receiving terminals and related natural gas pipelines along the United States Gulf Coast. It has subsidiaries that include Cheniere Marketing to commercialize Cheniere's network of LNG receiving capacity; and Cheniere Pipeline to develop downstream natural gas pipeline solutions and provide access to North American natural gas markets for Cheniere's LNG receiving terminal network.
