Longwei Petroleum Investment Holding Limited is an energy company engaged in the wholesale distribution of finished petroleum products in the People�s Republic of China. The Company operates in two segments: Product Sales and Agency Fees. Under Product Sales segment the Company purchases, takes physical procession, and sells diesel, gasoline, fuel oil and solvents in the People�s Republic of China. Under Agency Fees segment the Company acts as an agent in the purchase and sale of the products by other intermediaries in the People�s Republic of China. The Company has a storage capacity for its Products of 120,000 metric tons located at its fuel depot storage facilities in Taiyuan and in Gujiao, Shanxi (Gujiao), 50,000 metric tons and 70,000 metric tons of capacity, respectively, at each location. In September 2012, it finalized the purchase of the assets of Huajie Petroleum Co., Ltd.
