Orbital Corporation Limited (Orbital) provides engine and vehicle technologies and alternative fuel solutions. Orbital FlexDI technology One engine - any fuel - has been commercialized in the marine, motorcycle, recreational and auto rickshaw light commercial vehicle markets. It earns revenue from sources, such as Alternative Fuels, including Orbital Autogas Systems and Sprint Gas; Synerject LLC Joint Venture; Orbital Consulting Services, and License fees and royalties. It has operations in Perth, Western Australia, which provides facility with capabilities in design, manufacturing, development and testing of engines and engine management systems. On May 19, 2011, the Company acquired a 55% interest in Sprint Gas (Aust) Pty Ltd.
