Orion Energy Systems, Inc. (Orion) designs, manufactures, markets and implements energy management systems consisting of energy efficient lighting systems, controls and related services and markets and implements renewable energy systems consisting of solar generating photovoltaic systems and wind turbines. The Company also markets and implements renewable energy systems consisting primarily of solar generating photovoltaic systems and wind turbines. The Company operates in two business segments: energy management division, which develops, manufactures and sells commercial high intensity fluorescent (HIF), lighting systems and energy management systems, and engineered systems division., which operates out of the Company�s Plymouth, Wisonsin facility and sells and integrates alternative renewable energy systems energy systems, such as solar and wind.
