Overhill Farms, Inc. (Overhill Farms) is a value-added manufacturer of prepared frozen food products for branded retail, private label, food-service and airline customers. The Company�s product line includes entrees, plated meals, bulk-packed meal components, pastas, soups, sauces, poultry, meat and fish specialties, and organic and vegetarian offerings. It provides custom prepared foods to a range of customers, such as Jenny Craig, Inc., American Airlines, Inc., Safeway Inc., Pinnacle Foods Group LLC and Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. The Company markets its products through an internal sales force, outside food brokers and other business affiliations. Its customers are foodservice, retail and airline accounts. During the fiscal year ended September 26, 2010 (fiscal 2010) Panda Restaurant Group Inc., Jenny Craig, Inc. and Safeway Inc. accounted for approximately 27%, 26% and 18%, respectively, of its revenues.
