Description

Saga Communications, Inc. is a broadcast company primarily engaged in acquiring, developing and operating radio and television stations. As of February 28, 2014, the Company owns and operates four television stations and four low-power television stations serving two markets, five radio information networks and sixty-two FM and thirty AM radio stations serving twenty-three markets, including Bellingham, Washington; Columbus, Ohio; Norfolk, Virginia; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Manchester, New Hampshire; Des Moines, Iowa; and Joplin, Missouri. The Company operates in two segments: Radio and Television. The Radio segment includes 23 markets, which includes all 91 of its radio stations and five radio information networks. The Television segment includes three markets and consists of five television stations and four low power television (LPTV) stations.
