iShares iBoxx $ High Yield Corporate Bond Fund (the Fund) seeks investment results, which correspond to the price and yield performance of the iBoxx $ Liquid High Yield Index (the Index). The Index is a rules-based index consisting of liquid United States dollar-denominated, high yield corporate bonds for sale in the United States, as determined by Index provider. The Index is designed to provide a representation of the United States dollar-denominated high yield corporate bonds market. The Fund invests in sectors, such as consumer service, oil and gas, financials, telecommunication, industrials, healthcare, technology, basic materials, utilities and consumer goods. The investment advisor of the Fund is BlackRock Fund Advisors (BFA).
