Argosy Property Limited (APL), formerly Argosy Property Trust, invests in properties, which include commercial, retail and industrial properties throughout New Zealand. The Company owns one Christchurch industrial property at 8 Foundry Drive, Woolston. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012 (fiscal 2012), 60 lease transactions were completed (excluding car parks). This consisted of 38 new leases and 22 renewals or lease extensions. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had a portfolio of 65 properties. In April 2013, it sold the vacant land known as E3 in Oteha Valley Rd, Albany. In May 2013, Argosy Property Ltd announced the unconditional acquisition of 101 Carlton Gore Rd, Newmarket.
