Through its publishing business, the Company owns or licenses various PC software and DVD video titles, and other related merchandising and broadcasting rights. Its publishing business packages, brands, markets and sells directly to retailers, third-party distributors and its distribution business. Through distribution business, it distributes and provides fulfillment services in connection with a variety of finished goods that are provided by its vendors, which include PC software, DVD video, video games, accessories, independent music labels and music labels.
