Diamond Fields International Ltd. (Diamond Fields) is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company has marine and land based exploration and mining licenses. The Company is focused on the Namibian marine diamond project and Atlantis II Red Sea deeps project. Diamond Fields also has international exploration activities, primarily for diamonds and gold in Liberia, polymetallic hydrothermal deposits in Saudi Arabia, as well as exploration rights in Madagascar. The company has an agreement with Afri-Can Marine Minerals Corporation (Afri-Can), which enables Afri-Can to acquire a 90% interest in diamond mining leases (MLs) 111, 138, 139 and 32 off the coast of Namibia in the region of Luderitz. The Valozoro nickel deposit is located approximately 60 kilometers north of the town of Fianarantsoa in south central Madagascar.
