Northern Freegold Resources Ltd. is a junior natural resource company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and, if warranted, the development of mineral properties of merit in the Yukon Territory, Canada and Arizona, United States of America. All of the properties, in which the Company holds interests, are in the exploration stage. Exploration activities are conducted through the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Bushmaster Exploration Services (2007) Ltd. on the Canadian properties and by Northern Freegold (U.S.A.) LLLP on the Arizona property. The Company has classified its exploration properties into three locations, namely Freegold Mountain Yukon, Other Yukon and Burro Creek USA. The Freegold Mountain Project is located in the Whitehorse Mining District centered approximately 70 kilometer northwest of Carmacks. The Freegold Mountain Project includes a number of mineralized zones that host inferred resources totaling 700,000 ounces of gold.
