Opencell Biomed, Inc., formerly Grand Motion, Inc., is a development-stage company. The Company’s activities are conducted through its wholly owned subsidiary, Biomedical Implant Technologies Ltd. (BIT). BIT is a development-stage company, engaged in the development, marketing and selling of a dental implant system, the Ti-Foam dental implant system. The Company focuses on the development, marketing and distribution of its product line of dental implant systems, together with related and associated parts. During the fiscal year ended November 30, 2008, the Company had not realized any revenues from its planned operations and have not commenced the actual sale of products.
