Skin Health Spa plc is a holding company. As of October 31, 2006, the Company operated six Skin Health Spa clinics, which provide a range of noninvasive cosmetic treatments, including Botox, laser and skincare. The Company’s subsidiaries include Longlife Health Limited, which is engaged in laser beauty treatments and dental services, and Longlife Health (Ireland) Limited, which cosmetic laser surgery.
